Units in our socks. There were facilities such as climate control, multi-channel television, and a microwave oven. The location of the property was great and particularly good, in the middle of jackson. Also, a massive indoor arena was 1 mile away.

A comfortable bed, but.
The bed was fairly comfortable, great for a decent night's sleep. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room, a pleasant surprise considering the circumstances.
Unfortunately, the check-in process was frustrating and time-consuming, taking over an hour due to an error on the hotel's end. The overall atmosphere felt unwelcoming mingled with others smoking outside.

Housekeeping schedules need better timing!!! Rooms require thorough cleaning to avoid dirt accumulation!!! More attentive maintenance of amenities like TV remotes would improve the experience!!!

Who knew? Not me!
Checked in late and the reception was rude. The unannounced maid barging in was unsettling. The room had decent cleanliness, but everything felt poorly managed. The location was its saving grace, close to family and food.

Charming, charming, charming.
I loved lounging by the outdoor swimming pool, soaking up sunshine on the comfy sun loungers! The location was perfect, with food and fun just a stone's throw away. Plus, the spacious Beautiful King Room was a cozy retreat after a long day of adventures!
I can recommend 💖🌟

Spacious Rooms with Great Amenities
The kids loved the outdoor pool, while we appreciated the mini fridge for snacks. Just ensure to ask for a non-smoking room to keep out any unwelcome odors. A solid choice for families!

I stayed in a Beautiful King Room for one night. The bed was comfy, and the room was clean, a relief. The staff did a good job , especially with the issues around the hotel. The only downside was the lobby was closed for maintenance, so no breakfast options were available. It would've been nice to have more than just a bag of chips offered when I asked.

Checked in wearing just our socks. This place is only a short stroll from a wax museum 🎨, which was pretty cool.
